In my business, onboarding begins with a conversation—not a product. I take time to understand what matters most to each client, including their family, retirement goals, current finances, concerns, and what may be keeping them awake at night. Then I guide them step by step through gathering information, reviewing their complete financial picture, and understanding their options in plain English. I continue to check in as their life and goals change.
This process helps clients feel heard rather than rushed or overwhelmed. It also allows me to provide what they truly want: clarity, confidence, and a financial plan built around their real life—not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
