Taylor Chastain

I’ve heard, “One man’s junk is another man’s treasure.” And I don’t know anyone else who treasures junk more than our next presenter.

I have been a fan of my Whitlock Teammate, Mr. Chastain since I joined this Team. Of course, by Mr. Chastain, I mean his Dad, Mark who sat on Team Whitlock with me. Taylor was always the super energetic kid who showed up and subbed for everyone. All the time. And it was always a treat. Taylor found his way to his Whitlock Membership in Feb 2021.

He is passionate about his business and always has great ideas to share that benefits other businesses. I was telling him about a neighborhood area I am working on to clear for a Pickleball court. He proposed that when our tree guy is on site cutting back the trees and brush, we chip them there to make mulch for the area around the court to both reuse and save money for hauling. Brilliant.

Taylor has a desire and goal to stay off electronics as much as possible. But when he does enjoy an audible book, it most likely would be playing Extreme Ownership, which he has listened to multiple times.

He is definitely a family man and it is a good thing because his family keeps growing!

They also say, “To invent, you need a good imagination and a pile of junk.” He is very creative in his approach to running his company including his passion for the future and recycling.
