Every week, we experience Power Core the way Wendy designed it: 90 minutes, timed down to the minute, high-energy, and intentionally structured.

Behind it all is Wendy’s belief that referrals are not created by casual connections, but through rhythm, repetition, education, and action that creates real value for all.

That belief defined Power Core’s evolution over the years: moving from two officers to five, adding new-member mentoring, refining scripts, and even adding Orientation Essentials to the training mix.

Wendy’s life has rhythm too: yoga on Fridays, managing bills on Tuesdays, investments on Thursdays, and George running errands on Wednesdays to maximize the discount at their dry cleaners.

And while Wendy describes herself as introverted and shy, she chooses growth over comfort… a lesson to be embraced by all.
