This is not someone who’d settle for “good enough” or “status quo” – if she’d already fixed all the problems, you can be damn sure she’d make a new one to solve!

Lunch with Wendy was like hosting the Jeopardy Tournament of Champions – she was able to instantly draw out details and facts about almost anything, and somehow make you laugh before you realize you just learned something.

My single best thing I learned was about one of Wendy’s passions: the wide world of fountain pens! I marveled as Wendy unraveled a sheath of intricately designed ornate pens much as Harry Potter did getting his magic wand.

Fountain pens are really very fitting for Wendy – they are precise, unique, slightly old-school, and completely intentional. You use one because the details matter, and as she guides you from 4 filing cabinets to 864 infominutes, you’ll see that Wendy is all about the details.
