In the merchant service industry, seven of the ten most common suppport issues is related to funding. The question I ask potential clients is "How do you take payments now?" They don't anticipate that explaining how their current payment setup is the most important information I need to know because they don't know that I have many solutions for them. By understanding how they take payment currently, I'm able to provide the correct curated solution for what they need, as well as any additional ways to take payment they do not already.
