A buddy of mine was preparing for a life change and needed to fix up his existing residence to sell it later in the year. I JUMPED at the chance to push my various mortgage professionals but that was covered. He did however have a very long list of to-dos so I mentioned my handyman. My buddy was very thankful for the idea of offloading some of his already extreme workload. I texted all parties and let everyone handle their business.
