In my line of work, generating referrals is something that I'm still learning about. Honestly speaking I've always been the guy in the field doing the work when new jobs arise. And being that I work for my brother's company, which is Integrity Construction Services, referrals generally don't go through me. My interaction with our clients has always been limited to being on site and answering any questions and addressing their concerns regarding their project. And to provide them with the best customer experience possible. And of course perform my job as a professional and conduct myself as such. So this networking group thing and generating referrals is all still somewhat new to me. So what do I do to get referrals? I can honestly say that I'm still working on it.
