Before becoming my client, Mr. Anthony Hall came to me, looking to completely forget about the burden of bookkeeping for his business, upon our first discovery call, I took notes of his pain points:
1) Not having the knowledge to operate and do his own bookkeeping
2) Not being able to spend quality time with his family because even on vacation he was doing his own bookkeeping the best way he could
3) He could not concentrate in other areas of his business due to bookkeeping not being up to date
4) He was always rushing when tax season was just around the corner
