Patty Williamson is one of my favorite lending partners for several reasons first and foremost because of her excellent communication throughout every stage of the lending process. From the pre-approval   all the way through closing you never have to question where your client is in the process because Patty is so proactive at keeping everyone informed.  The other reason I love working with Patty is because she treats every client as an individual and looks at their personal needs and means. To determine the best possible loan product for them. She will also be honest and helpful in explaining what someone needs to do to get improve their situation to get a better loan offer/product or rate.
