I don’t just pull together a proposal of options with little context; I explain the “why” (+) and (-) behind every recommendation so my clients can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, insurance is one of those industries that can get complicated quickly, so I believe a mix of patience and clarity is what people tend to appreciate, and the work relationship evolves from a service provider to a business partner.
