Though many of our members come to us with a variety of needs, I treat each one of them with the same amount of respect and give each the same amount of attention.&nbsp; Their goals of what they would like to do or accomplish all vary but I give each of them the same amount of energy to make sure we can support them on the journey to meet their goals.&nbsp; Every decision I make is to make the Y a great place for ALL of our members.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Think of the leadership roles and policies on a PowerCore Team that focus on equality:

<li>PCOs make sure every Member has an equal opportunity for 7-Minutes and Referral Triggers. </li>
<li>MCOs track the attendance policy — which is equal for everyone.</li>
</ul>
Talk about equality in your business: in what areas, in what decisions, do you treat every client equally.
