Growing up near the Swiss-Italian border, Rebecca came of age in a household where two languages, two cultures, and two citizenships were simply the norm even though neither of her parents are actually Swiss.
She arrived in the US at 18 to study at Vassar, in New York and brought with her one burning question: "Are marching bands really real, or just in movies?" She was relieved to discover they're very real — and has since declared the brass section the best part.
After Vassar, she made her way to London, built a career, and met her husband. But the US had a way of calling her back. She returned to lead US operations for Linex — and eventually found her way to PowerCore.
What drew her here? The chance to sharpen how she communicate about her consulting work. Within just 12 months, her team was already sending her referrals.
Rebecca's passion is helping businesses build management systems that actually measure what matters. She's especially drawn to smaller companies, because they tend to choose deep relationships and community over chasing rapid growth. That's the kind of work she believes in.
Please join me in giving a very warm welcome to Rebecca. 👏
