The quality decisions in my business I would say are how exactly I am treating my patients, meaning what methods I think would be best to help that particular person heal, and how often they need to be seen in order to get there as quickly as possible. These decisions are the most important decisions in my business, because they are the things that will ultimately help patients feel better. Since I am the provider in my business, I will always be the only one making these quality decisions.
