Andres Inciarte is in the Web design business and has done some work for a couple of clients of mine.  I have found him to be very thorough in finding out all about my clients before even starting to work on improving, or in one case, setting up a new webpage.  He gives them a list of questions that, once answered, will give him the ammo he needs to put their personality onto the webpage.  He spends plenty of time to make sure that everything is in place and the client has approved all changes or updates he has provided and then they go live.  Andres is very conscienctious and organized in his work and I believe he will do a great job for you as well.
