Tom Martin

Today I'd like to introduce Tom Martin. If you've spent any time with Tom, you've probably heard one of his favorite sayings: 'Date your model, marry your mission.' I think that perfectly describes his career.

Tom has been helping businesses grow since the early 1980s, starting in automotive sales and working his way through finance, dealership management, and even helping build one of the largest Ford dealerships in Georgia. Along the way, he learned that success isn't just about selling—it's about developing people.

That experience eventually led him to become a professional business coach, where today he helps business owners avoid the mistakes he's already lived through and focus on what really matters. He's also been serving PowerCore members for more than 10 years as both a member and our East Cobb team coach, investing his time to help all of us become better networkers.

When he's not coaching, you'll probably find him traveling with his wife Sherry, cheering on the Dawgs, or perfecting a medium-rare tomahawk steak.
