Kelly was in the process of selling her home and lived in a desirable location.  When she listed her home on the market, she had multiple viewings and offers, but noticed the offers were below asking price.  Buyers were under the impression that the roof would need replacing, but the roof was only 9 years old and in no need for repairs.
