As a Mortgage Banker we have a lot of moving parts on each transaction. My Team focuses on the Client experience to ensure we cover every base from start to finish. We have a checklist of items each Team Member is responsible for and and we stick to our process to ensure a positive result and experience for the customer. We also provide a Survey for each client to provide feedback when the Transaction is Closed so this let's us know from the client perspective if we have done our job.
