An orthodontist client decided to partner with me because they were going through a name change. The previous practice has been around for over a decade. A new owner took over and planned to change the name across 3 of their locations. That also including needing a new website. They reached out to their current web provider and asked about the details for the website as well as the name change and how that needed to be handled online. The response they got back was just let us handle it and we will get it taken care of. I was referred to them as another option. 

I took the time to do my own research and in our meeting I walked through our step by step plan of how we would build the website as well as make sure the name change did not affect any of their rankings on Google. Because I took the time to explain our process and how we have already done this before with many other clients, they decided to hire my team and get to work right away. 

Clients aren't always just interested in more business sometimes they just want to make sure problems are handled and future problems will also be handled.
