office space for years. Rents, whether consumer or business have continued to go up every year. My client's experience was no exception.  The owner decided that now would be a good time to purchase a building to house his business.  Recently, we were meeting and he told me he was in the market to purchase a building.  He was concerned about what kind of interest rates and terms he could get from Truist on this kind of purchase.
