One of our solutions that we offer our clients is a Health Savings Account. In my time with the bank, I have never had a client open this account. The feedback that I always get when I have offered this is that they have this product with their health insurance through their employer, as an auto deduction, & it is free. It is a great solution for the right person, but that seems to be a small group of clients. I do ask the probing questions to see if they have a plan like this, & of course I present it to them, but that is rare. This product is not a revenue generator for me.
