I have certain protocols in my business that apply to every patient.  One of the most important protocols is adherence to my rehab room.  It is a room designed to warm up the ligaments and spinal fluid before an adjustment.  It makes the adjustment more effective, more comfortable and the adjustment lasts longer.  I call it eating your vegetables.  Everybody wants the main meal or dessert but first things first.  I respectfully let the patients know if they chose not to perform the rehab then there are other places they can go for chiropractic.  I take pride in my care and what makes my clinic unique.

All patients also get follow up xrays after the first month and then yearly to assess the progress of their care.  The puropose is to show them areas to improve or where they need to pay more attention.  This helps them to understand the importance of the protocols as well as the encouragement to continue and be nore proactive about their plan and their health.
