I photographed for my client, a local personal injury attorney.

A woman was out for her evening run in downtown Chamblee. She ran at speed along the sidewalk of brand-new buildings. What she did not see was a pair of double-headed temporary nails in a board poking barely above the sidewalk's edge leading to the pavement. The tip of her shoe caught on the nails, sending her face-first into the street. She was badly hurt. My client called me late the same evening from the hospital where the runner was in the emergency room. Early the next morning, I met my client to photographically document where the victim was running and the surrounding areas. I also made close-ups of the nails that were half an inch - the size of a dime - above the sidewalk. I photographed the truth before contractors could change the story.

My client had everything she needed to represent the runner in negotiating a settlement or in court.

Photographs take juries to places and times that they cannot visit. I am very good at getting details into pictures for personal injury attorneys.
